All lab work takes 10 days in lab to complete (this does not include mail time).

Yes, we offer rushed services. Rush cases are subject to a rush fee, which depends on the case type and turnaround time requested. Please make note when submitting the case either by mail or through your Seazona account.

Log into your Seazona account and find the case you want to remake in your case history. Click “Request Remake” and fill out the required info. Please include the reason for remake, any updated scans, and photos if applicable.
For physical cases, please return the original restoration with the new impressions or models so we can review.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all crown eligible cases. Most restorations are covered for adjustment or replacement. There is no remake charge as long as it falls under the error of the lab. Remake charges are subject to 50% at doctor cost if lab is not at fault, and as long as it falls within the warranty period and proper protocols were followed.

Yes, all of your past cases, invoices, and shipping info are saved in your Seazona dashboard. You can log in anytime to: view case history, redownload RX and attachments, track deliveries, access and print invoices for your records.
